SHIPPING POLICY

            I do offer free standard shipping on all Domestic online orders of $200. This excludes any commission pieces. The cost for shipping will automatically be deducted at checkout for all eligible orders. No coupon code necessary.

           Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. In order to get your items to you as quickly as possible, your order may be fulfilled in more than one shipment. You will only receive the shipping confirmation email when the last item has shipped.

            Shipping Costs are estimated through the weight of the product and its packaging. We use Pirate Ship shipping company to achieve the cheapest rates available. For international shipping, please grant us grace as we complete your order. International shipping may take up to 4-6 weeks to receive. We will notify you if we receive any updates and most certainly send you a tracking number.

         We ship only on business days. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that shipping times do not include processing time - orders generally take 1-5 days to be processed.

CUSTOMER CARE

          Most of our pottery is food, microwave, and dishwasher safe. All the glazes I use are lead-free. I do suggest handwashing your items if they are too large to fit in the top shelf of the dishwasher. If you place it in the microwave, it will be warmer than normal plates. I suggest using a hand towel to take it out. All of my items are not suitable for the oven or the freezer. Place in the oven and freezer at your own risk since I have not tested it myself. 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, and REFUNDS

         Returns and exchanges are not accepted. Refunds are given in the event of damage in shipment. For a damage refund, you must contact me with the following: your order number and images of the: broken pottery, the packaging, and the shipping label. This must be send to me in a timely manor. Failure to provide these details may result in a refusal of a refund.

           I absolutely love making commission work and would love to make work for your business. Please send me your request/ idea to my contact page and lets work together! 

  • When will my order be delivered?
    Everything in my online store is ready to ship or local pickup! But please allow for 1-2 days for processing. I hope that it will arrive in 5-7 business days but that is up to UPS. Once I bring your item(s) to UPS, I will send you a tracking number.
  • Can I order a commission?
    Yes! To do this, please send your request to my contact page. I will make anything except for 18+ older content. But anything else is fair game and will try my best! I do request that you make a deposit before I start you order which will take about 2-4 weeks to make depending on what it is.
  • What is Local Pickup/ Delivery?
    Disclaimer: You MUST let me know that you would like one of these options before coming to a market to pick up! Delivery: If you are in within my 20 mile radius, you are eligible for Local Hand Delivery! It is a $5 flat rate and free with orders over $100. Please send contact me with your address and best phone number to contact you. Also, please allow 1-5 business days for delivery! Local Pickup: Please wait for confirmation of local pickup before heading to the Acworth Farmer's Market! Market Hours are from 8:00-11:45pm on Fridays only! This option should be available when you check out. You must order before 5pm Thursdays to pickup on Friday Mornings.

  • What is your creative process?
    A piece typically take 2 weeks until it is completed. I start with super wet clay and create! Then I wait until it is dry enought to put into the kiln and begin the first firing. Once the kiln has cooled down, I glaze everything and the pieces go through the final firing.
  • Something Broke in Shipping
